MLB Therapy is an out-of-network provider. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. We can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance. We encourage you to contact your provider to learn more about your specific coverage.

We take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that honors your pace and comfort level. Modalities include EMDR, CBT, DBT, CPT, mindfulness, and acceptance-based strategies. Motivational Interviewing (MI) Structural Family Therapy (SFT) may also be incorporated, depending on your unique needs. Weekly EMDR sessions offer a steady, ongoing approach to trauma processing. EMDR Intensives, on the other hand, provide extended sessions over one or more days to help you work through issues more quickly and with greater focus. Many clients find that intensives lead to faster relief, especially when time or scheduling is limited.
Yes! Many clients continue working with their primary therapist and come to us specifically for EMDR Intensive sessions. We’re happy to collaborate with your existing provider to ensure the best possible care.
We offer two types of intensives: standard EMDR Intensives, which focus on personal trauma and stuck emotional patterns, and EMDR Parenting Intensives, which are tailored for parents who want to explore how their past experiences may be affecting their parenting approach or relationship with their child. Both are designed for focused, transformative work outside of primary therapy.
Yes, we offer individual supervision for MSW graduates working toward licensure. Supervisees receive training, mentorship, and support as they build their clinical skills within a private practice setting.
