As a Consultant in Training (CIT), Michelle Bogdan, LCSW offers consultation that’s collaborative, encouraging, and designed to help you feel more confident using EMDR with your clients. Together, we’ll focus on strengthening your skills, deepening your understanding, and weaving EMDR into your practice in a way that feels both impactful and authentic.

Every therapist’s EMDR journey looks a little different. Whether you’re just starting out, refining your skills, or looking for a safe space to process challenging cases, our consultation services are designed to meet you where you are.

Our consultation services are ideal for therapists and clinicians who are:

  • EMDR-trained and working toward EMDRIA certification
  • Completing EMDR Basic Training consultation hours
  • Looking to strengthen EMDR skills and confidence
  • Seeking support with challenging cases or clinical stuck points
  • Wanting a collaborative, strength-based, and growth-oriented consultation space

What You’ll Gain

As a Consultant in Training (CIT) under the guidance of an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant, Michelle Bogdan, LCSW provides supportive, practical consultation to help you feel more grounded and confident in your EMDR practice. Together, we’ll explore how to apply the 8-phase protocol to complex cases, including trauma, dissociation, and attachment concerns, while also deepening your knowledge of complex trauma.

 

Services include:

Fulfill the 10 consultation hours required for EMDR Basic Training.

Guidance on using the 8-phase EMDR protocol and strengthening your confidence in applying it to real cases. (Note: This is not intended for EMDRIA credentialing purposes).

Everything above, plus support with the certification process, required documentation, and consultation hours needed for credentialing.

  • Trauma-Informed, always mindful of the complexities of trauma and of your own process as a therapist.

As a CIT, Michelle Bogdan, LCSW also actively engages in ongoing training and supervision, so you can trust that the guidance you receive reflects both experience and continued learning.

We offer the following consultation formats:

Individual Consultation

One-on-one support tailored to your cases, questions, and growth areas.

1–2 sessions per month, 60 minutes each.

Group Consultation

A small group setting that encourages reflection, shared learning, and connection with peers.

Up to 4 participants, 90 minutes monthly.

Consultations are available weekday mornings and afternoons (Eastern Time), and offered without geographic restriction.
