Workshops

Are you interested in attending or hosting a mental health workshop? MLB Therapy has facilitated a wide range of engaging presentations for local libraries, Loudoun County Public Schools, and Parks, Recreation & Community Services, as well as community groups and youth programs. We’ve also guided thoughtful discussions around sensitive topics, including national tragedies like 9/11.

Our workshops are designed to promote open dialogue, with questions encouraged throughout. To keep participants engaged and increase retention, we incorporate a variety of interactive tools and materials, including visual presentations, real-life examples, diagrams, videos, and both individual and group exercises tailored to the topic. Attendees often leave with helpful handouts or additional resources to continue exploring the subject matter on their own.

Whether you’re looking to join an upcoming session or bring a customized workshop to your organization, we’re here to help!
